Mission Statement:

 

Change for Chad Foundation, Inc. is an organization that raises money for individuals who are in financial hardship due to their cancer diagnosis.  We will also work on raising awareness about Pseudomyxoma Peritonei, PMP cancer.

 

 

Each year the Change for Chad Foundation will host two great fundraising events.  A Co-ed Flag Football Tournament with entertainment, food and raffle prizes, as well as a Dinner & Silent Auction where guests will enjoy dinner, dancing and hopefully return home with an amazing auction item and a better understanding of PMP. 

 

With the funds raised from these events we will award grants to individuals who have met the criteria and have submitted all of the requirements of the application.  (Please see the Grant page for more information.)
